We went here for a curry with 4 friends this weekend just gone. They are always so friendly and seem to remember us even though we only get to go maybe 2 or 3 times a year.
I can recommend the coconut rice and after dark curry ( made with Tia Maria )
On Saturday I tried there lamb Makta curry which comes in it's own terracotta pot and I enjoyed it. Don't forget to get a Barry for dessert. After your meal they give you a hot towel and on the way out they hold the door for you which is a simple but non the less I think a nice touch. The bill came to just over £120 for 6 of us and that included a couple of drinks each. I would say that is very reasonable and I had a very enjoyable evening and it's not the first great night we have had here as I'm sure you can tell lol. We travel about 30 minutes to get to Akbar Dynasty and again I think that speaks for it's self.
