I visited here for my husband's birthday on the 5th October for one nights stay in the Snug.
The farmhouse is lovely, David welcomed us in and was really lovely. He made us a drink and gave us a slice of homemade lemon drizzle cake which we really appreciated after our long drive.
The Snug is to the left in the farmhouse and was perfect for us, David had lit the log burner which we loved, the area has an upstairs and downstairs living area.It was a really good size and the bed is huge and the bathroom had a roll top bath
I had asked them to recommend and book a table for us at a local restaurant which they kindly did.The restaurant (Farmers Arms) was great, We had a wonderful meal before returning to the most comfortable bed and great nights sleep we have had in a long time.
The b&b had all rooms booked out and we didn't hear a sound from anyone so we can understand why they recommend the Snug for people with children.
Breakfast the following morning was freshly prepared for us from local ingredients with lots of choice, the home made bread and jam were particularly delicious.
We enjoyed chatting to the other guests who had some amazing vintage cars and another couple who were newly weds
I would recommend Frog street Farmhouse in a heartbeat, we had a great stay in their home and David and Louise went above and beyond to make our stay special

Room Tip: all rooms looked wonderful, the Snug was extra romantic with the logburner

We recently stayed at the Frog Street B&B as it was a half way point for us travelling to north Devon. After finding it on TripAdvisor and seeing its great reviews, I booked a nights stay on Booking.com.
Using the directions on their website were a great help in finding it quite easily. There are many tight small roads to drive down to reach the B&B, but we only had a few occasions meeting on coming traffic.
The B&B is a 16th Century(I think) beautifully restored farm house. It had some gorgeous original features, I'd love to return in the winter, with two huge fireplaces in the living and breakfast room, it must be soo cosy in the winter months.
We had a pleasant welcoming and after being shown to our room were offered tea and cake, which was delicious, much needed after our long drive.
Our room of choice when booking was the Garden View room. It was a lovely room, I found it hard to leave the extremely comfortable bed in the morning to go down for breakfast. The room was immaculately clean and a delight to stay in.
My only tiny point would be that I would have liked to have breakfast a little later. Latest sitting was 9pm. Mainly to enjoy the lovely bed a bit longer :-). The breakfast was faultless also. Full English Cooked to order, fresh fruit, cereal, juice, home made breads, as well as homemade jams.
I would definitely recommend the Frog Street B&B, and would love to make a return visit one day.

Room Tip: The Garden View room had a lovely comfy bed!

Unfortunately for us we could only stay one night on this visit but it is so worth a trip. Frogstreet is a wonderful, comfy place to stay. Everything is of the highest quality from the luxury bathrooms to the luxury breakfast. David and Louise work so hard to make every part of your stay a memerable one and we cannot wait to return again for a much longer visit.

We took 3 rooms/suites at this wonderful B&B in July. Chocolate box doesn't say enough. The Long House farmhouse has been beautifully and tastefully decorated and the rooms are very comfortable and bright. It is in a very pretty little corner of Somerset. Louise and David made us feel very much at home and could not have been more helpful.

And the breakfast. Well. Perfectly cooked and presented local produce, in traditional English breakfast quantities.

We enjoyed wandering around outside too, particularly visiting the free range hens who seemed at least as happy with the living arrangements as we were.
