We visited the centre with our parents and our little toddler, and we all found it really enjoyable. The guided tour was really personal and interesting, and it was fascinating to see inside the workshops and see all the machinery used to prepare the willow for weaving. The products on sale were lovely, and the tea room was very pleasant. We took a picnic and if the weather had been a tad more reliable, we may have gone on a more extensive walk around the area; as it was, we spent a good couple of hours there and we were really impressed at how 'well done' everything was. The fact that it is free admission with a small price for the guided tour is really excellent value when you consider the expense of other attractions with few added amenities.
