£6 for senior to visit and all profits go to charity. It was a really lovely visit. Very friendly volunteer staff in the mill and tearooms. When visitors arrive they set the mill to work.Gypsy caravans and other items in the beautiful gardens. There is a small carpark.

So much to see and do. Nice video giving history of the mill and then 3 floors of interest showing the way flour was ground and also about rural history. Nice well planned displays. One word of warning - you have to climb ladder type stairs to get to all levels but worth it if you can. Transport museum and lots of little hidden corners containing gems of history and information. Nice little tea room and chance to sit alongside the mill wheel while having a cuppa. You get a discount card for some money off a tea when you pay the entrance fee when you come in. Plenty to keep adults and children amused and entertained. Loved the knitted apples on the tree!!!!!!

Lots to see in the mill museum and gardens, the local village is also worth a walk around.
Check opening hours before you set out.

This beautifully presented history of the mill itself as well as country life in the Somerset of 19th and 29th century is well worth a visit

Thank you for your positive comment...we have tried hard to be as authentic and accurate as we can whilst also trying to make it interesting...we must have done reasonably well!

Love going on the old trains. Every time I go I'm usually with my mum (I'm 22) and there's so much to see so many places to stop and visit great for day out
