Me and my partner stayed her for 2 nights while visiting local friends. Room was a little outdated and you can hear a lot of noise around. As we were on the ground floor we heard people above going to the toilet throughout the night. Room was clean and reception staff were friendly, apart from one woman who had shown no interest when asking for more supplies for our room. The meal we had on the friday evening at the pub next door was lovely, nice atmosphere, happy staff. Breakfast the next morning was lovely too, it was the same friendly young girl who served us our meal the night before. We will definitely be returning to this hotel again!

Nice room in hotel and staff were nice but the breakfast was not up to scratch , the staff were nice and smily but had to keep asking for the hot water flask to be refilled , then the coffee and the white bread ran out ,staff should check this every 15 minutes , and didn't like the member of staff out of uniform walking into the restaurant shouting ,with his head phones on we all thought he was an aggressive drunk then realised he was staff , nice.

Premier Inn comfort and cleanliness was very good. No complaints. The attached restaurant/pub was tired, run down, grubby and uncomfortable. Menu was definitely not for anyone seeking a healthy option.

We had a 2 night stay here. It was great value for money as we only paid £25 a night in the sale.
It was a good location for us, as we were visiting various places in the midlands. The staff were friendly enough and the room was clean. We were in 40 on the top floor so we had nobody above us but the traffic was a bit noisy as we were on the road side.
The Bed was comfy and I slept quite well. There was a bathroom with a small bath bath rather than just a shower. Tea and coffee making facility's. Plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe. Wi Fi worked in the room, although you only get 30 minutes free. The breakfast was served in the adjoining Flaming Grill pub, and was fine. We Only had the continental. We also had a meal here on the Saturday night and it was quite good and value for money.
All in all a good stay and no complaints.

Room Tip: I would ask for a top floor room at the back of the building away from the main road.

We had not stayed in a Premier Inn before but would certainly do so again. We are very fussy and have high standards, all of which were met during our stay in Sutton Coldfield. Excellent value for money and a selection box for the children left to boot! Impressed.

Love the location of this hotel, the staff are lovely and the cleanliness cannot be faulted. It's definitely in need of refurbishment. We stayed in room 7 and the plastic headboard shook every time you turned over in bed! V annoying and kept me awake. Noise from another room kept me awake on our last night but that's not the hotels fault. Look forward to returning in the spring.
