This was our second stay at this premier inn and it was fine and good value for money.
We were in Room 36 on the top floor overlooking the road, so a bit of traffic noise but we
slept ok and the bed was comfy.
We only had a shower and no bath this time but again this was fine for a one night stay.
The staff were friendly and it was clean. It was a warm night and there is no air con, but we
had a fan which was good. I'm sure we will be back.

Room Tip: If your bothered by traffic noise get a room overlooking the car park.

We stayed here for the night before heading on to The Belfry and had a great time. The rooms were as you would expect from a Premier Inn...with the beds so comfy!! The food in the restaurant was good and staff very friendly. Breakfast was cooked to order and was served hot...again the staff very friendly. There was a report of a grumpy receptionist but I am sure she is the exception to the rule. All in all a great start to an amazing weekend.

Group of 16 booked in for one night and the hotel was more than adequate with lovely quiet rooms, big comfy beds n quality shower. Staff were helpful and a laugh

The flaming grill pub attached is more than adequate for a drink and somewhere to eat with helpful staff. If u expect gourmet or fine dining then no it wouldn't be for you, but as far as pub grub goes we had a lovely meal, and 2 of the party tried the challenges on the menu. The breakfast in the morning was cooked to order which was nice and quite unusual; you could order as much or as little full English as you desired.

I was very pleased with this hotel and as always, the welcome from the Premier Inn staff. There was plenty of parking and a restaurant attached. We did have the continental breakfast which was sufficient.

Reception staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful - and the room was good and clean. Don't, though, eat there. The dining room and tables were scruffy with banal music playing loudly; the service was poor; the food awful and poor value for money. In short, stay there but don't eat there.

One night stay as in town for an exam. Check in was very efficient and friendly . Booked me a taxi for following morning. Room fair size but as at front of hotel was noisy!
Room seemed tired. Bathroom ok but not as good as previous premier inn stays.
Had dinner in attached pub. Don't !
Very friendly and efficient service but food awful! Mine seemed to be only meal not being sent back to kitchen . Very dry and tasteless burger and in night I wasn't very well!
Breakfast was ok when finally got attention of only member of staff who appeared to be on duty. Stood waiting to be sat for 5 mins whilst she was chatting in kitchen. Didn't seem to be up to normal standard have come to expect from premier inn. Check out ok but different member of staff who really didn't seem interested. As tilt to review says, stay was so so and expensive.
