We had a weekend stay. Lovely property. Spotlessly clean and fitted out well. Short walk into Stamford. Plenty of good restaurants. Spent a day at Rutland Water and Burghley. Well worth a visit
We stayed at this lovely bungalow for just 1 night, on our way back from Dorset to East Yorkshire. We walked in the door and just loved the décor and excellent amenities. The bungalow was the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in, with everything you could possibly need. We loved the high ceilings which gave it a sense of being larger than it was. Lynette had left us two small bottles of wine, some cheddars and some digestive chocolate thins - thanks. We had a short walk into Stamford and were impressed with the lovely buildings. There seemed to be plenty of choice for eating and drinking. We had planned to cook, so did not sample. We would have no hesitation in recommending this rental. We wished we had been staying for longer !
We were greeted with a welcoming bottle of wine and milk . The bungalow was clean moder and compact . Situated in a gated community very close to the charming town with lots of historic buildings and an attractive park near by . We found the accommodation warm and comfortable but would have appreciated more storage space and better lighting in the bedrooms for reading . Stamford is a very good location to access many places of interest and open countryside .
Anvil bungalow was perfect for us we enjoyed breakfast outside in the patio areaand the location was ideal while we were visiting the area. Interesting shops. Good pubs and restaurants. We hope to return again next year.
Impeccable accommodation. Spotless, classy, peaceful. Beautiful terrace. Perfect. Highly recommended.m!
The bungalow is very well equipped and has everything you need. It is located very close to Stamford but it is in a very quiet location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was very clean and modern. We would definitely stay again when visiting Stamford.
