Were made to feel very welcome by all at the Quorn, especially enjoyed partying into the early hours of New Year's Day with them. Our room was quite small but was decorated very nicely and was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Will certainly use this hotel again.

We stopped there for 3 day over the new year period and what a choice, I and my friends loved it very clean, food was amazing and staff very nice and chatty and I so want to go back there some time next year and they even made the effort to put a fire words display on thanks to you both so much regards Rod.

Room Tip: have there own bar so know need to go out if you don't fancy larger and bitter on tap.

J ust back from a great 2 days in the Quorn. We have been to Skegness the last 6 years for New Year but this was our 1st in the Quorn but hopefully not our last. The staff and other guests made it our best yet .The Hotel is spotless and the staff were very friendly even had nibbles and fireworks for guests when we got back at half past 12.

We stayed here for one night as we were going to beach motocross. We have stayed at a couple of hotels in Skegness this year but we have never felt as welcome as we did at the Quorn. My son, daughter in law and two grandchildren aged 5 and 7 accompanied my husband and myself. Check in was simple and the children were both given a present which I thought was a lovely touch. The family room was very big, unfortunately, as we were late booking our room it was a rear room, however the beds were so comfy that a good nights sleep was easy. Breakfast was wonderful, the choice was excellent, couldn't fault it.
Finally, after my husband had accidentally dropped our car keys just outside the hotel, they were handed in to reception and the hostess took the decision to walk the dog Meg, along the front (which was packed with hundreds of people), to try and find us to tell us the car keys were at the hotel. Thank you so much we will definitely be booking a few stays next year. Excellent doesn't really do The Quorn justice.

Booked this hotel for a surprise for my girlfriend and we were not disappointed

Pros
The hotel is right on the main road so easy access to everywhere really
Very clean and tidy
Friendly welcome
Average priced
lovely sea views
Comfy beds!
Cons

Room was very small for a double. couldn't open the en suite door properly and the sink is in the room and not the en suite
We had a very friendly welcome but it seemed to go downhill from there. When we asked for more milk the guy seemed annoyed that we had asked, The breakfast was ok(albeit the fried breakfast was on the small side) but the waitress didn't smile once. It was like she didn't want to be there.
The lift was tiny. Could only get 2 people in it max and when the hotel is full is oaps who need the lift I imagine there could be a long wait.

All in all a nice hotel

Room Tip: If you can get a family room with sea view they cost a bit more but are much bigger than the double

Booked a room for a one night stay on Friday 18th and was immediately impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness Of the staff. We would have had difficulty parking the car in the hotel car park but Bas cheerfully did it for us. Our first impression of the hotel was how clean and tidy it was and booking in was helpful and friendly. Our room - sea view, was very clean, adequately furnished and with very comfortable beds where we had a really good nights sleep.
Regrettably we did not have the evening meal due to the fact that we had had something to eat before we left home but, if it had been half as good as the morning breakfast, we really missed out - it was delicious. All staff members (including the owners) Steve, Julie, Baz and Lindsay were exceptional and we could not have asked for anyone better to look after us.

Room Tip: We only experienced the sea view family room but we could not fault it in any way.
