Reviewed 26 August 2009

Had a couple of nights stay in the Newhaven B&B,in Skegness,on the plus side it's in a quiet position and on the front of the property there is room for 4 cars, but there was no problem with parking on the street either,a walk of about 10 minutes to the sea front from there. The Newhaven has guests that stay in the main part of the house, and there is also an annexe joined to the side of the house, that's where we stayed, which contained two other rooms for other guests as well as ourselves. Our room was on the small side, on the plus side there was sufficient space to hang clothes etc;the other furnishings were dated, the ensuite was small, with shower, overall it could have done with a spring clean,as was somewhat scruffy.Coffee/tea making facility were scant only two of each, and there was an extra charge if you required more?,although to be fair we didn't use it. Breakfast was basic,no extras like tomatoes mushrooms etc; just ok,which sums it up.
