We stayed at knighton lodge hotel a few weeks ago and we are going again tis weekend. You would be hard pushed to find any hotel and proprieters as good as this. You really get looked after. The food was excellent and rooms very spacious.

Room Tip: Talk to the owners, Steve and Chris and tell them what you want and they will do their best to accom...

Knighton Lodge is among the few who have everything you could wish for while you are away. Steve and Chris are excellent hosts. They are very welcoming and always approachable whenever you need something. The rooms are always clean and tidy, and Chris makes lovely food. In the evening Steve opens the bar and its a lovely atmosphere, everyone is always welcome and its nice to talk to the other guests. Steve makes the children feel welcome by showing them all the little toys they have in the bar. The kids love it, they also have toys and DVDs available for children. I would recommend staying here to everyone.

We have stayed at knighton lodge a few times now and we go back quite regularly. It is one of the best places we have been to. Beds are very comfortable and bedrooms spacious. Food is excellent. Steve and Chris are the best hosts you could wish for. Nothing is too much trouble. The location is excellent. Set in a cul-de-sac, there is a path leading to a meadow and then the dunes and of course the sea. There is usually something going on on the beach and there are also very good walks in the area. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Room Tip: Every room they have given us has been excellent.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming couple, Steve and Chris. The accomodation was spotless, the rooms were suprisingly large, the atmoshpere was warm and cosy and the breakfasts were out of this world (lets just say they were so substantial that they kept you going for the rest of day!!) An evening meal is optional but well advised if you like a hearty homemade meal. There is a very short walk to the large expanse of sea front, perfect for a leisurely stroll after a wholesome breakfast ~ what a great way to start your day.
All in all, it made us feel quite sad when we had to leave the first time so we booked up again and again. Rather than just staying in a hotel we have been made to feel as though we are visiting friends. We truely recommend a visit to see all of the above for yourself.
