“Perfect accommodation and location for a lerge family in every respect”
Reviewed 31 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

St Andrea's Lodge is fully and beautifully equipped. It met all our needs and is extremely comfortable.
The garden was a paradise for the younger members of our family. We hardly saw them with all the equipment and land to explore. The beach was a couple of minutes walk from the garden presenting clean sands, accessible tide and a footpath to the centre of town.
There are no negatives, no downside. It is a lovely place to stay and even the British climate was kind to us.

Liked best: The garden, etc. It was the perfect extension to the Lodge itself.
Liked least: There were only just enough utensils, crockery, glassware

What a wonderful place to stay, ideal for families close to all amenities and the beach. The rooms were wonderful and spotless,we were a group of 14 and not once did you feel on top of each other with two seperate lounges and a games room hard to know there were so many people there.Well worth a stay.
The only slightly negative points were that the garden area needed some care and attention and the kitchen utensills could do with a bit of a spruce up.

Just back from weekend and all had a great time. Location was great with garden access to the beach and only ten min walk to Skegness. Great facilities and very spacious with lovely dining table for get togethers. Patio area great for barbecue and games room with snooker table was a bonus. Lovely cosy lounge for the evening and would not hesitate to return.

“Fantastic house in a great location”
Reviewed 19 October 2014 for a stay in October 2014

We stayed in this house for a long weekend. There were 14 of us from age 2 to 67, everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
The sandy beach is at the end of a very large and private garden both of which were great for the kids.
The house has everything you would need and the owners were very accommodating.
The pictures for this house do not do it justice. Everything from the location to the facilities are exceptional.

“Lovely comfortable house for a family holiday”
Reviewed 5 August 2014 for a stay in July 2014

Have just returned from a week in this excellent property. The house is located at the north end of Skegness and is close enough to leave the car and walk to the attractions but far enough away to leave the associated noise behind. There was plenty of space for our party of mixed ages (14 to 80+) with 2 lounges, games room with snooker table and 8 bedrooms (7 with their own TV's). The house is well kept and clean. The fridge/freezer (with crushed ice, Ice cubes and iced water on tap) and the cooker were large enough to cope with the food needed to feed a large family which, in my experience, is not always the case! A walk down to the bottom of the garden (which has play equipment and a cabin containing toys and a small table tennis table) and over the bank gives direct access to the beach which is sandy and quiet being away from the main attractions. The house had a very homely, comfortable feel to it and we had a very enjoyable week and would love to return in the future.

“Wonderful location for a big group!”

Lovely, comfortable house. Walking distance to impressive golf course (North Shore). Great facilities - snooker table in very good condition (but the dartboard needs an oche). The beach is a short walk through the garden away (although there is a lethal tripwire at the end of the path). The yapping dogs next door need sedatives.

“Wonderful for a large group”
Reviewed 19 April 2014 for a stay in April 2014

13 of us had a wonderful time in this great house. The children spent most of what was a good week weather wise in the garden or on the very quiet piece of beach behind the house. Very comfortable accommodation with all of the home comforts you could ask for, never found a pizza slicer at a holiday rent before ! Very friendly welcome and farewell from Julie. Good access to all of the Skegness amenities means you don't need to use the car very much whilst there. Thoroughly enjoyable week, would recommend this house to anybody.
