Just stayed a couple of nights at the hotel and would thouroughly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Skegness. It is situated about 150 yards from the beach down a small side road on the north side of Skegness, so it is a very quiet location but not far from the centre of Skegness. Our rooms were warm and clean and had lovely views out over the sea and the golf course. Staff were all very friendly, the price of drinks in the bar is very reasonable and the breakfast is better than most I have had even at 5 star hotels in London, including a choice of Kippers or Smoked Haddock as well as the normal cold selection and 'Full English' - which is a very full English! Plenty of parking on site and just a great place to stay. This is our second visit to the hotel and I know we will definitely stay here again when we come to visit my mother in Skegness.
