great location ,right in the centre of everything.
staff good hard workers, but not enough of them at times.
some rooms better than others ,but we where unfortunate to get one of the latter ones .
room 205 would not recommend , in need of an update .very small for double, nothing matched, no good if you are clostrophobic as our view was a brick wall.
food tasted quite good, but not enough of it. [ small portions]

although the hotel was excellent i was very suprised to find smoking allowed in certain rooms. i am a none smoker and found it was very offputting and smelt disgusting .i thought smoking was not allowed in hotels.
i would like to recommend that smoking should be stopped in these designated areas
this would improve the hotel further The staff and entertainment was excellent just a shame about the smoking regulations.

We are ardent travellers staying at differrent hotels throughout the year so,from a previous review we were concerned about the cleanliness of The Chatsworth where we were spending 4 days,on arrival we were welcomed with tea and biscuits and looking around, everything was very clean,on getting our key we found it was a double and not a twin as requested but,no problem we were moved in no time to a twin, both rooms were very clean (no dust, dirt or cobwebs).Breakfast was lovely with a wide choice of cereal, porridge, fresh orange juice, large bowls of yogurt topped with fresh fruit( yummy) plus full English and toast. The evening meals were just as delicious with different fresh vegatables each night and again a very good menu choice (compliments to a very good chef/cook).All staff were cheerful and accommodating nothing was to much trouble even coming outside to wave us off on leaving.

Great size bedroom thats all. Stopped for a week. At first bedroom looked clean then looking around there were cobwebs all over the ceiling with loads of spiders. Had a fridge in room was dusty when arrived, thick of dust when left. Beds at first were made, towards end cover just thrown over with pillows left same as when left. Room not hovered once. Breakfast only full english or scrambled egg. Waitresses not very friendly never spoke only to ask for order then would mix it up.

Stayed at the Chatsworth Hotel over the weekend with my partner and 2 year old daughter. We loved it, it was in a brill location not far from the beach and local shops bars and restaurants.
The hotel its self was lovely and very clean the staff were all very friendly.
The rooms were a fantastic size with 2 double beds a sofa and a T.V.
The food was also very nice.
This hotel is the best we have stayed in, in Skegness. Would defo be back.

I stayed at the Chatsworth hotel for a week . It was a fantasic place to stay, the best thing about the hotel is the amazing food. Also the area around the hotel only a few hundred metres from sea and the embassy theater was brill !

The staff as said in over reviews were very very very good they did every thing you could ask and more .The staff are amazing !

The only bad hting about the hotel is the bathrooms are a bit out dated but still clean.

The Chatsworth hotel is by far the best hotel for the price on the sea front of skegness !
