We spent a night here for our anniversary, our room was lovely it was the four poster, spacious,clean and comfortable.
We had a meal with family in the brassiere bar in the evening which was excellent. All staff were helpful and friendly and nothing was any trouble we can’t recommend this hotel enough.
We got married here and had our reception here a few years back and had the same experience.

Extremely thin walls- I could hear the entire conversation of the room next to me.
I had paid for a premium room with large 4 poster bed.

I requested to switch rooms- but was only able to downgrade to a standard room and received no refund.

New standard room- had road works and concrete drilling outside - worst nights sleep ever. Will not stay again.

We held our wedding at this venue and couldn't have been happier!
Our booking was efficiently organised by Sue and nothing was too much trouble.
On the day Kay was absolutely amazing! She noticed the finer details with everything, for example she noticed our daughter wasn't drinking and offered her whatever soft drink she could ask for. Kay was on hand throughout the night until everyone had left and was the epitome of professionalism and thoughtfulness. Thank you so much!
Mario in the main bar and the rest of the team in the evening were all courteous, professional and extremely helpful.
The day went extremely smoothly, guests complimented the food and the beautiful venue itself.
We are so happy that we chose this venue for our special day and couldn't recommend it enough!
