“Amazing park.”
Reviewed 20 May 2014

Best park I have seen in ages! Alongside the river, with river banks as nature intended. The park has amazing coloured shrubs, in bloom and stunning. There was the usual bowling green, tennis courts plus a summer outdoor ice rink and an amazing 'Go Ape@ style adventure climbing, frame and rock wall.

“A gem of a park”
Reviewed 5 May 2014

This park is situated in the centre of Carlisle, had a water 'spray' park, a large playground, an outdoor skating rink (to pay for)' a maze, 5 large musical sculptures which you can play, lots of safe paths for cycling and a new attraction an Urban Adventure centre (to pay for) which is open to children and adults and has a climbing wall, zip slide etc. and tennis courts to hire all within easy reach of each other. There is a cabin which sells ice cream and drinks.
