On arrival the staff were very helpful and assisted me very quickly with my needs. However once entered the room it was very cold due to the air con being left on low. Altho the room was very clean there was no safety matt in the bathroom, this caused a few trips. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I woke up with back pain and felt stiff. Breakfast in the premier inn was very nice and there was alot on offer and finally checking out was easy, however on first arrival to reception there was nobody there and no buzzer to press for attention.

Bit tricky to find but worth it for the location overlooking the River Ouse.Restaurants and bars are just steps away, and the town centre a 2 minute walk. All the staff were very polite and helpful, and i would definitely stay here again.

Down from Aberdeenshire for an Athletics event.
Nightmare to find by car more the fault of satnav still I indicating what was originally a large car park. Even so, perhaps a sign here or there might help.
There were 3 people booked into the room but we had 4 beds giving 6 inches of space between them. Would have enjoyed that extra bit of space more.
4 beds in the room but only 2 mugs. 2 teabags and just enough sugar. Well really? Are things that tight for the hotel chain? Should we really have to ask for extra bits of trivial items? Stop being to penny pinching, it gives a bad impression.
Room was too warm with minimal air conditioning control.
Otherwise great brekky.

Having stayed in a couple of other premier inns in this area I can confidently say this is the best one. Nicely air conditioned rooms, helpful receptionist, clean and tidy. It's in a good location with restaurants within easy walking distance.

You need to park in a 24 hour multi storey a few minutes away but the hotel provide some contribution towards the cost.

Lovely comfortable bed.
