Our first choice (based on TA community) was fully booked and so we went here and so glad we did. I was on a week away for work and was trying to eat out most nights to get out of the hotel for a bit in the evening. The place had some decent sized tables in for a Thursday evening and the interior decor was warm and inviting. We were seated immediately (there were 2 of us dining) and were faced with a good selection of main menu items plus set meal options (at three price points) and also another very reasonable priced set 2/3 course option... we ended up choosing from the main menu - mainly because there were several items on here I really fancied that weren't on the set meals. To start we ordered a sharing plate to share (not vegetarian option) which was absolutely superb, freshly prepared and full of fresh flavours and delicate spicing touches. For mains we ordered beef Massaman curry and a special chicken dish that the name escapes me, to acompany we had a portion of sticky rice and pad tai noodles. Everything again was cooked to perfection and deliciously tasty, not greasy, spicy but not face-melting, just really lovely. We had the obligatory Singha beers with dinner and coffees to finish which was freshly brewed. Service was very friendly and efficient, dining space was nicely presented and the toilets were clean. All in all a great experience and very recommended if visiting Bedford (where which there seems to be many many restaurants covering all cuisines for such a relatively small town). Well done - this place is great!
