“Helpful, friendly staff.”
Reviewed 21 November 2011

Stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights for our son's wedding which was nearby. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful, particularly on the reception. The room was clean and comfortable and was ideal for a short stay. The room we stayed in was next to a banging door which kept us awake. They did offer to move to us to a different room and help us move our stuff, but we were on a busy schedule so didn't have the tiime to do this. Parking was free with plenty of space. Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice including fresh fruit, cereals and full English. Excellent value for money.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that isn't near the fire doors that bang every time someone goes through it

We stayd here for a long weekend visiting Legoland and Windsor Castle both of which are about 10 mins away. The staff were really friendly and even remembered my daughters name. Breakfast was fabulous. Restaurant had good pub food but not very exciting. Room very clean and modern. Parking very secure. All in all would thoroughly recommend.

Stayed here for two nights on business nearby, as a solo traveller my first choice for evening meal and breakfast is the hotel i am staying in. The hotel was in good condition and partly updated ie: no flat screen TV's, heated towel rail removed etc. Nice and clean although room had a smell, maybe new carpet or maybe kitchen extractor from outside, usual comfy bed and pillows.
The restaurant service was very slow and the food not cooked very well, I had steak for £11.99 and it was like rubber and the chips were undercooked, the next night i had the Lancashire hotpot which did not have potato topping and only about 2oz of meat and again £11.99 not good value. There appeared to be adequate staff waiting on tables but very disorganised and unmanaged. The bar was no better and one person trying to do everything, whilst three staff were on reception, not best use of staff. Breakfast was the usual offer and hot choice was self service, there was only the full breakfast choice at £7.99. If kids eat free then the meal prices are ok, but otherwise I found it expensive for the quality and portion size. A glass of Chardonnay was £5.25 for 250ml. If you want to eat at peak time then book table at check in especially families as you could wait quite a while as restaurant/bar is not that big in relation to number of rooms.
Car park is next to hotel but fills up quickly, there is a sainsbury's next door if you need snacks or forget anything. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Ideally situated for Slough and surrounding area and family rooms would be great value. Would stay again when working in Slough, but eat elsewhere.

Room Tip: Top floor best for interior noise, front of building best for external noise - traffic, barrier, kit...

Stayed here for two nights. The staff were the best we have ever had at any Premier Inn we have stayed at. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent service, fantastic staff - very friendly. This was a good location for visiting Windsor and seeing surrounding areas. The room was great, spacious and very clean. Dispite being very busy with Legolanders 80 odd children staying, and the bearded hairy men filming nearby It was suprisingly quiet Excellent value for money, never stayed in a Premier Inn before, Will certainly in the future.

This hotel was great - we stayed there with our 2 boys (ages 3&5), and there was plenty of room for all of us in the room. The room was very clean and comfortable and all the staff were very friendly, and great with the children. The only negative was the car park as it was difficult to get parked (that being said, we did get parked both nights, so can't really complain too much).
Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
