“Good old fashion service”
Reviewed 27 August 2014

Had a 1 night stay here, what a delight. Staff were wonderful, very helpful, polite and so cheerful, Problem with hair dryer was dealt with promptly and cheerfully.Only had a starter for our supper but it was delicious so I imagine main meals would be the same. Room was clean and very comfortable and we had a good nights rest, Breakfast was amazing, great choice of foods, hot and cold, juices and hot drinks. Will definitely be staying here again if I.m up this way.

Excellent hotel very friendly staff hotel was spotless breakfast was really nice. And most of all really close to legoland only about a 10 minute drive to the legoland hotel. We had the new rooms with air con wow really nice room overall. And if you fancy a takeaway just across the road is a Chinese takeaway highly recommended it very nice and not to expensive either.

The floor was more comfortable that the bed and the hotel staff did not respond to my complaint. The room was a good size with all the amenities, the room was clean and staff pleasant, good value in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner.

We've stayed in quite a few Premier Inns over the past few years, and always found them to of a consistantly good standard for the money and Slough is no exception.
We stayed over the August bank holiday and considering that the hotel seemed fairly full, and is in the middle of being renovated, we had a very pleasant stay.

We had a couple of minor issues with our room, the window wouldn't close and the sink plug was too large to fit into the sink, but all was sorted quickly and efficiently.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel has its own Thyme restaurant, rather than a separate pub. The food is good, has a varied menu, and is reasonably priced.
The breakfast was self service with a good choice of English and continental.

The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the railway station so makes a great base for visits to central London. An adult day ticket into London inc all tube travel, was less than £13.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
