Peaslands is a beautiful and welcoming place, we felt at home immediately. Very convenient location, short distance to town centre, but not in the middle og it. Excellent kitchen fully equippet with everything one can need for a holiday, and more. 1 min walk to The Byes, wonderful park by the river (Make sure not just to walk the park down towards the seafront, but also up in the other direction, where it is even more beautiful). The owner very helpful and gave a lot of useful local information before we arrived. Strongly recommended.

The house is exceptionally well presented and child friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped with every utensil you could possibly want, the presence of child toys and board games is a lovely touch. The high st is a short walk away and the sea front only about 10 minutes. All in all a perfect property for a family, a couple or a group of friends. Communication with the owners was straightforward and responsive. We will definitely be returning in the very near future.

We had a very comfortable stay at Peaslands. It is a lovely property and was the perfect size for us (2 adults & 2 young children). I loved the well equipped kitchen and my children enjoyed the selection of toys & games. It was clean and nicely decorated. Bridget was very organised with information about the property as well as being flexible with arrival and departures. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We all enjoyed our week in Sidmouth, staying at Peaslands-including our dog! Plenty of walking near by with Sidmouth town centre and sea front about a 5-10 minute walk. The accomodation was superb with everything you could need during your stay. Very light, spacious and clean cottage. We were a little worried about the parking, knowing how busy Sidmouth gets, but we always managed to park just a little way from the house without any problems. Would certainly look to stay again!
