From the point of booking the owners couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming, lovely views over the North Bay, spotlessly clean and a lovely breakfast, yes rooms are a bit tight but so are most B&B's, we will be back.

Room Tip: Room 3 or 5 have the best views

Took my husband for a birthday break and I can honestly say it was fantastic. The room with with sea view was marvellous. The owner couldn't be more helpful. The breakfast was lovely and served piping hot. I would definitely return. Thanks for a great weekend.

Excellent value b&b in a great location with stunning views. Breakfast is good. The owner was very helpful and pleasant. Room equipped with tea coffee facilities etc. Room was on the small side but excellent value for money. Would stay here again.

Room Tip: Stayed in 3 great view, shower room small but adequate. Bed suited me well, good nights sleep.

The location of the Ramleh is excellent and the views are beautiful but our room was extremely cramped and a bit dated .Breakfast was ok but nothing special( Cheap tasting sausages and bacon)owners were civil but not very welcoming, certainly wont be returning to the Ramleh.

We are sorry you have given us a disappointing review seven months after your stay. Unfortunately we cannot find a record of any guests from Bolton staying with us last October so we are unable to respond to you personally. We can only say that we aim to be friendly and welcoming with all of our guests and that we use fresh high quality produce in our breakfasts.

An excellent b&b in a beautiful location overlooking the North Bay. Very well run by the friendly host Kay. Spotlessly clean comfortable bedroom. Only criticism would be the Wifi which didn't work when we stayed! Otherwise perfect. And remember do them a favour and book direct not through an agency which takes its cut!!

Stayed in this wonderful B&B at the weekend with my husband. On previous trips to Scarborough we have always stayed in the South Bay but this time we wanted to be in the North Bay as we were going to a concert at the Open Air Theatre. This is a wonderful hotel, spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated with quality furnishings. We had Rm 3 on the first floor which had a sea view - lovely to wake up to each morning. The ensuite was very small but functional and also very clean and for a 2 night stay not too much of a problem. Kay was most welcoming and very helpful, a really nice lady. The breakfast was a full english with the usual cereals and also grapefruit and prunes if you wanted. My only complaint would be that the toast and fried bread were a little hard but thats a very minor detail really. All in all I couldn't fault this B&B and would most definitely look to stay here again. Its very well placed for all of North Bay's attractions (Peasholme Park, Open Air Theatre, Sealife Centre, etc) and not too far from town centre (about a 30 minute walk).

Room Tip: If you like a sea view there are 2 double rooms with bay windows ask for one of those if available.
