A lovely welcome by excellent, friendly hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, Debbie & Paul. Excellent breakfast each morning of our 3 night stay.
The hotel is convenient for North Beach which is about 10 minutes walk away. The town is about 15 minutes in the opposite direction. Handy for the railway station, shops, and the Stephen Joseph Theatre.
The room was on the small side, but probably typical for this type of property.
Paul and Debbie very welcoming, rooms spotless, breakfasts fantastic, so much choice. They go the extra mile with information, bus timetables, parking vouchers, etc. Excellent value for money. would definitely recommend.

Lovely spotless room, fantastic cooked breakfast! Plenty of selection if you didn't want a cooked breakfast, cereals, fruit, yogurt!

Very friendly atmosphere, clean rooms and great location. The owners are very helpful and go that extra mile for you. So glad we chose our weekend away with our children here. We stayed in a family room which had seperate bedrooms, made it easier for my girls bedtime routine.
Lovely hosts, clean rooms , nothing to much trouble, caters for every ones dietery needs, plenty of choice for breakfast, they catered for 8 of us including bunk beds for the children, who thought it was great, will be back again and recommending to friends and family x
Debbie and Paul went the extra mile for us personally lending us there laptop for 2 whole hours. We really did appreciate this, not many would be so obliging. I wanted to write this review to tell everyone how welcoming and friendly the proprietors are. We had a lovely time, gorgeous sunny weather, a very good breakfast with a nice selection and a non-greasy well presented English breakfast.
The room was a good size and lovely and clean. We couldn't fault it. I went here with my daughter for a well earned break, as she is a workaholic. The guest house is in a good, quiet location and there is a good fish & chip shop close by and it is within walking distance of the town and many good restaurants. Also there is a lovely coffee shop in Peasholm park worth a visit. The room was lovely and warm, as when we arrived it was a cold evening but brightened the next day. I would highly recommend a stay here.
