“Brilliant Restaurant!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 November 2013 via mobile

Visited TikkaTikka last night with my girlfriend and left a very happy customer. We were greeted on entry, then seated at a table and offered for our coats to be hung up out of the way.

They then asked if we would like anything to drink and if we would like popadoms & a pickle tray. They gave us 5 minutes or so to look through the menu. We went for the 'Set Meal for 2' we got two mixed starters which consisted of sheesh kebab, chicken tikka pieces & an onion bhaji. For mains we had a chicken korma & a chicken tikka masala which were both very nice, this came with a different choice of rice, we opted for boiled rice. There was also a choice of naan bread.

The service throughout was brilliant and was a very welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely go back to this restaurant on my next visit to Scarborough.

The food was a good standard and reasonably priced. Staff were welcoming and the surroundings were pleasant. We would eat here again.

“Tikka t Boo”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 November 2013 via mobile

We visited Tikka Tikka once again and we're not disappointed. We had the Cobra lager, pickle tray/poppadoms and set meal for two with Mixed kebab starters and lamb jalfrezzi with pilau rice nan bread + a side dish. The meal was very good and very filling. The service couldn't be faulted and at a little over 33 quid we though it was very good value.
We also were given complimentary mints and drinks at the end, mine was brandy not sure about the wife's.
Very good indeed.

“Good value”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 November 2013

We weren't sure what to expect as we arrived here but had traveled for 7hours due to bad traffic and were hungry and tired. The menu is about average compared with other indian restaurants I've used and I ordered a chicken jalfrezi and my husband a lamb bhuna. Both curries were very tasty and the meat of good quality. The rice and chips were as they should be and we both had a naan bread. 9peshwari and chicken tikka) both were very tasty and very enjoyable. the pricing was very reasonable (just over £30 for 2 curries,2 breads,chips,rice,2 pint and 1 bottled cider) and the service was good. We would use this restaurant again without any worries.
