Wow what a location the views from our flat were fantastic. Everything we needed was on our door-step. The beach was just a stones throw away as was the Harbour Bar Ice Cream Parlour.
Our flat 5 was furnished to a very high standard with leather sofas and flat screen TVs in every room.
The staff were so helpfull making our stay more enjoyable than a lot of hotels we have stayed in!
We didnt use the beach hut we were offered because of the weather, but made good use of our welcome pack (especially the Clarins goodies)
Everything about the stay was quality the only problem we had we could not stop longer.

Excellent accommodation. Good spec throughout and the best customer service levels you could ask for - simply excellent. We were concerned that the place may be noisy as it's above an arcade, but we couldn't have been more wrong - it was very quiet with amazing sea views.

The apartment is attractive, well designed, and well furnished but has a few basics missing such as a dishwasher and washing machine (communal facilities only). The bed was very hard (though I do have back problems!) and the bedroom itself was pretty small and poky.

It has a few interesting touches, such as a direct connection from ipod/iphone to the TV, but no DVD player or Wi-Fi!

The apartment itself was extremely hot, even with the heating off, and the wet room lived up to its name, as the shower sprayed round most of the area due to inadequate screening, and the lack of natural ventilation meant it stayed damp much of the time.

Its proximity to the main road made it problematic to open the windows without being blasted out by the many amusement arcades in the area so, if you like peace and quiet, this apartment is not really for you.

Biggest problem is parking (though the website does warn of this!). There is none, basically. You'll receive parking scratch cards, but you're unlikely to be able to use them within a reasonable distance of the apartments. I walked round a good portion of the parking zone but found almost no spaces available, so you're likely to be stuck with the local pay and display at a cost of £6 per day.

All in all, much to recommend if you want a very central location in an attractive apartment but, if your taste is for a quiet retreat, then it's probably not right for you (but then, you probably don't go to Scarborough for a quiet time?).

We found these apartments on the internet when looking for a short break with our two young teenagers. We didn't quite know what to expect from somewhere in the middle of Scarborough, particularly when we found out they are above an amusement arcade! However, I can honestly say that this is some of the best accommodation we have found for the price in the UK. The apartments are new, clean and very contemporary and high spec. Entry is by a side door with videophone entry and our two bed apartment had a large widescreen Freesat TV with ipod connection in the lounge and a smaller TV in each of the other bedrooms. There is a well equipped kitchen/lounge/dining area and a large wetroom style bathroom. The apartmernt was very warm and cosy and has views over the harbour (slightly obscured by a modern ASK restaurant). The location is great, as you are right on the seafront so can walk to most of the attractions in this part of Scarborough, including the castle which is directly behind up a steep hill. There is no need to be put off by the amusement arcade as we were not aware of it at all when in the apartments.
The lack of private parking is the one drawback to this place and street parking outside is limited to 3 hours (Unlimited 6pm-9am). However the owners really help by providing a parking disc so you can park on the street and scratch cards for parking on side streets to the rear - they even called us as we were travelling up and reserved a parking space on the street so we could unpack. We never had any problems as we were out most of the day and always found a space on the road for the night but I suppose it could be an issue in busy times if wanting to park your car for the day. We had a very friendly and helpful briefing when we arrived but didn't need any other services from the owners but if the sun shines the free 1 day beach hut sounds fun.
Parking aside there really were no other downsides.
