Owner description: One of the best Family Days Out in Scarborough. We are one of the most historic seaside miniature railway in the United Kingdom, offering a wide range of attractions including the NEW Sky Trail, Boating Lake, Historic Water Chute and Water Walking Balls. The Glass House Cafe serves excellent coffee, teas, soft drinks as well as light lunches afternoon teas. The Scampi Shack takeaway offer Whitby Seafood as well as drinks and takeaway tea and coffee. Yorkshire's smallest pub the Boatman's Tavern serves real ale and is located next to the boating lake. At our Peasholm Station we have a well stocked gift shop perfect for picking up gifts and memorabilia. We are 100% wheelchair and pushchair friendly. Dogs are welcome at the North Bay Railway but must be kept on a short lead.

It was ok but nothing to write home about. Maybe good for children but not for adults. A waste of money really

Good fun for the kids and the adults. It got a bit windy in the carrages so I would bring a jumper next time but it was a very enjoyable few hours

It's a fair price and only a short ride to the Aquarium, but the views are great

Took me back 45 years to when my parents brought me on this wonderful little train. Great fun

my partner and me stumbled on this when we went to have a look at the park just off the main road coming into scarborough. what a pleasant surprise we had! the north bay railway! of course we wanted to have a look as to where the railway went and what we could see from the little railway cars etc! it was brilliant a lovely view of the north bay at Scarborough and the castle taking us all the way up to scalby mills, the sea life centre and a lovely little pub! what a lovely surprise!! when we are in Scarborough now we always look out for and travel on our little north bay railway!! thank-you!!
