we were trying to book to see a show..there were not many tickets left.the lady in the kiosk was so kind and helpful..she actually took us up to the seating blocks..and showed us where potentially we would be seated...i am going to ear mark this place and watch out for further attractions...what a good place to see a group/band

Great Show, venue didn't lose the atmosphere of a conventional theatre. Would comment that there was a lack of information about exact start time of the show

We recently visited this theatre on day not becoming to this summer season, we had been informed no umbrella's and so did not take one and was a little cross when others produced umbrella's when the rain did start to pour during the concert. Serious searches took place on entering the venue to ensure no alcohol was taken in purchased from outside the venue. The seats were clean and comfy, sound and visual systems for the concert we went to see were of a very high standard. Didn't try the loo's or food vans but there looked to have lots of choice. I would visit this attraction again as we had a lovely time watching John Barrowman perform even though it wasn't a sunny warm evening.
