Lovely apartment with great sea views and almost opposite the cricket ground. Every thing you might need is provided. The owner is very helpful with parking passes and explanations of how things work. Peasholm park is just down the road and you are soon on the promenade. There is a shop directly across and a very nice cafe for breakfast on the corner. I would recommend Royal Sands.
just had wonderful week, apartment top class with everything we needed and in a great spot for exploring Scarborough
We had a lovely welcome from the owners, with lots of useful information.
The appartment is well situated, walking distance to the Promenade and beach, town and the park.
It is beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything you would need.
I would thoroughly recommend this holiday let
We have stayed in 7&8 royal sands before and i can recommend both these apartments if you need a self catering stay in Scarborough.
Overlooking the North Bay and close to the town centre and the Beautiful Peasholm Park you can't go wrong here. They are both on the second floor with a lift available if needed,
The rooms are always pristine and the secure off street parking is a welcome bonus.
We will return.
Smashing apartment in a renovated block on north side of Scarborough. Free parking a real bonus and flat fitted out with everything you could possibly need. Bed not the biggest, but perfectly adequate. If I was to grumble it would be over location which is about a 10 minute walk into town - but I knew that when I booked. Having said that, it's close to North beach and the promenade and the view from the lounge over the sea and castle is fabulous.
Great location with a well fitted out apartment and a very welcoming host.
The sea views from the apartment are lovely, and it was so convenient to have on-site secure parking. Would recommend this apartment to travellers to Scarborough and those wanting to explore the Yorkshire Moors.
Very enjoyable break in excellent apartment perfectly situated in lovely part of town. Convenient for walks along seafront all the way into town or around Peasholme park and north bay to the sea life centre .
