“Highly recommend this Guest House”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 May 2014 via mobile

This is our second visit to the Admiral and to be honest we wouldn't stay in any other Guest House in Scarborough this is 1st. class. Arrived on Monday 19th May for a 4 night stay and was warmly welcomed by Seb and Fernando the owners. Seb and Fernando do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible!! Our room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable with complimentary toiletries. Breakfast is excellent. Would highly recommend this Guest House.!! Will be back again!!! Joan and Terry.

Big thankyou to Fernando and Seb for making our stay a pleasant one. Enjoyed our breakfast which set us in a good mood for the rest of our day out. Rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. I love the bathroom especially. Will choose this for my next return. Value for money too for the area.

My Partner and i stay with Seb and Fernando last week and we had a great time. They were both so lovely and could not do enough for us both. The food was fantastic with plenty to choose from. The room we stayed in was immaculate and clean and very modern decor. All in i
all a great stay. We would strongly recommend this guesthouse to anyone wanting a value for money place with lovely hosts to spoil them.

We stayed one night here while walking the Cleveland Way as it is very near the railway and bus stations. It was cheap and the owner was helpful but the rooms are basic and not especially comfortable though en suite. Breakfast was good with a pleasant dining room. There are several other hotels and B&Bs in the vicinity.

We stayed 2 nights in room 5. Very nice room, comfortable and Seb is a great host who cannot do enough to make your stay a memorable one. Breakfast was cooked very well with plenty of tea and toast. Parking also excellent. Highly recommended. John and Sandra.

Stopped at the Admiral Hotel Scarborough on 19/04/2014 after being recommended by my Mother in law, when we arrived we were greeted by Seb, who from the off, it was obvious she has a passion and love for the Admiral and the guests who stay there. We then met Fernando who was equally passionate, and had done so much of the work himself, what a truely lovely couple. Now to the room we stayed in, the room was extremely well kept, the bed gave us a beautifui nights sleep and the en-suite wetroom was excellent with really nice touches, like coloured wter from the shower, soft closing fittings, mirror with make-up lights in and electrical point in the side (really novel and extremely practical) The Breakfast was also cooked to perfection with a choice of cereals, porridge with cream, or full english, (which i had) my partner(who is Vegetarian) also had a full english with quorn sausage and quorn bacon, delicious. So all in all anyone wanting a lovely place to stay with lovely people lovely food and a lovely nights sleep should certainly think about visiting Seb and Fernando at the Admiral, we shall certainly be visiting again Dode and Rachael Brigham xx
