“A great weekend”
Reviewed 28 July 2014

We stayed here recently over the weekend booking at last minute when me and the other half found out we were off worth together. The room was lovely with a very comfy bed and the hosts were really pleasant and couldn't do enough for you.

The location was great On the first day we walked down to the beach, took us about 15 minutes and was easy to find. On the second we went to flamingo land, which is about 20 odd miles away.
Also the pond/garden just out front is a great place to just chill out

At breakfast the food was very good with a large selection.
After our two nights we left after being well taken care of and well fed

We are looking forward to staying here again some time in the future.

We stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary as Scarborough is a special place for us. The hotel facilities were lovely, clean and modern. Seb and Fernando were easy to talk to and very helpful. The food was good with lots of choices available. We will be staying here again in November and I would highly reccommend this hotel to everybody. Thank you for helping to make our 1st wedding anniversary even more special!! See you in November!

My wife and I stayed at the Admiral for two nights. On arrival we were met by the charming owners Seb and Fernando who made us very welcome and made sure we had a lovely stay.Nothing was too much trouble. The room we had was lovely and clean and for breakfast they had varied choices and ours were very tasty. The hotel is in a quiet location well positioned in the centre close to all the shops, nightlife and only a ten minute stroll down to the beachfront. If you need any information about places to visit and attractions nearby Seb will gladly advise you.
Great stay, great people, hope to visit again soon.

very friendly welcome upon arrival, room was spacy and well decorated, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was very tasty and the service was excellent!! The location was ideal because its very opposite the train station and minutes away from the shops. Would definitely visit again!

I highly recommend The Admiral Hotel in Scarborough. It's a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of London and the city life. They have really friendly rates. The staff/owner are super cool and breakfast is great. They can cater to singletons, couples, and groups are not a problem. Super clean and you can enjoy post-surf showers and baths in the privacy of your room at great rates. The best thing about it is, after enjoying drinks with your mates, you need not worry about making your way back to your hotel as your bed/room is just there. Bang in the middle of town and very accessible as it's just across the train station. Try it and you'll see what I mean.

Start with the positives-From the moment we arrived we were bowled over by how helpful both Seb&Fernando were. We had booked a double room for myself, husband and had a travel cot for our little girl. Seb straight away altered her room plan to allow us a larger basement apartment so we had more space and would be comfortable, nothing was too much effort for her!!!they even helped move our luggage . Breakfasts were yummy, very well presented and plentiful. During the stay both Seb&Fernando were pleasant and approachable for anything we needed.
Now for the negative!!!- it was only a weekend break, next time we will definitely be staying longer.
Thanks for a great holiday
