We have had some real difficulties in recent years trying to find decent accommodation in Scarborough but have now solved the problem!
The hotel is comfortable, roadside parking is available and staff are welcoming. It's good value for money with a substantial breakfast for guests.
We did not use the spa facilities but will use the hotel again.

Just a quick one night break, but overall very impressed. Lovely clean, comfortable room, with super views over the town and bay. Very friendly helpful staff and a very enjoyable breakfast in the morning with lots of choice. The hotel is conveniently situated on Scarborough's south cliff and is within easy walking distance of the town and beach. I would certainly stay again and would recommend .

Room Tip: The rooms at the front of the hotel have beautiful views of the sea and town.

Lovely afternoon staff very attentive and the spa treatment was a "treat". Afternoon tea was delicious and served by friendly helpful staff. All in all a lovely visit with excellent sea views watching boats sailing on the sea and a bright pleasant November day

Stayed here with a friend after booking a mud rasul treatment via Groupon. The images used on groupon were quite misleading and made the pool area look a lot larger than it actually is. The hot tub is built into the pool and is impossible to sit down in (I'm average height and the water level covered my mouth), the jets also pushed me away from the side. Pool area isn't relaxing as passersby gawp through the windows.

The reception staff offered a generous discount on our bar tab after not receiving part of our offer nor fixing the television.

Very friendly attentive staff, excellent service and care. Food is amazing and very good value. Rooms are comfortable and fairly spacious and if you are in a sea facing room the views are beautiful.
Hotel is within walking distance of the town centre but there is a bus service that runs fairly near if you can't manage the walk back up the hill!!
Very close to the Spa Theatre and the sea front, also the lovely Italian gardens nearby.
The evening entertainment provided was extremely good.
