We have just stayed at the Weston hotel for one night for our wedding anniversary. The room was lovely and large overlooking the sea. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The food excellent (bed, breakfast and evening meal). Would certainly recommend to friends and stay ag

Four couples just returned from a great weekend away at the Weston. A very warm welcome from all the staff. Most of us had refurbished rooms which were all very nice. One couple had a sea view and whilst the room was not classed as refurbished it was lovely with a fabulous view and a new bathroom. The choice of food at both breakfast and dinner was surprising for the price we paid. No complaints from anyone and all the plates emptied! The location of the hotel is great, in a really nice part of the town with lovely walks into the busier areas of Scarborough. We dumped the cars and made use of the parking permits issued by the hotel.
Great weekend at a great hotel, would definately recommend it.

Last minute change to our original accommodation found us with no place to stay for the weekend at 6.30pm. After scouring the Internet we were still homeless until we entered The Weston Hotel. Luckily they had a room for two nights so we snapped it up. Have to say the welcome is superb , warm friendly remembering your name for breakfast fantastic customer service. The location of the hotel is directly facing the seafront and is only a stone throw from the Cliff Lift taking you down to the seafront. We had a modern refurb room at the rear of the hotel. The room itself size wise was ample with the bathroom although very nice again being compact. Like any hotel there is room for improvement , the decor in places needs a freshen up and the interior doesn't come across as appealing. We also had breakfast twice during our stay which was very nice. Overall we felt the asking price for the room was a little over what we thought it was worth but it is high season and we needed somewhere to stay as everywhere seemed to be fully booked. Positives are location, excellent friendly staff, clean modern room and really nice breakfast. Just to add the hotel also provides free parking permits although we never used this service as we travelled by train.

The Weston Hotel was excellent, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was fantastic. The rooms were spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. The location was perfect and directly opposite the cliff lift to the esplanade. All in all a great time with nice people.

Room Tip: The premier rooms are facing the sea with a big bay window and are a little bit extra but worth it.

My partner and I have just returned from a weekend break at the weston. Arrived quite late Friday, was greeted by very helpful staff, no trouble at all checking in and was given a choice of rooms. We opted for a recently refurbished, which was very nice. Breakfast was delicious, with a lot of choice.
Only down side, bathroom was a little small, but on the whole, a very pleasant experience and I will be returning very soon.

We have just returned from a week at the Weston. We were given a warm welcome and parking posed no problem as we were issued with a disc for the duration of our stay. We had a light and airy room with sea view, the room was spotless and the hospitality tray was well stocked. The room has yet to be refurbished but this was not an issue. The dining room was a pleasure to use the staff were well trained and worked as a team and nothing was to much trouble for them. The restaurant manager always made sure that we had everything we needed and that we had enjoyed our meal. The food was excellent the menus were varied and exciting. Great hotel, well done. We will certainly be returning to the Weston. Many Thanks. C& E

We have just spent a week at the Weston and were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is well postioned, quiet, with convenient parking, and a predominately mature and discerning clientele. We had a modest size seaview room, which has yet to be refurbished, but was suitably furnished, had a comfortable bed, and all perfectly adequate for our needs. The shower room was brand new and excellent. All was found to be scrupulously clean. The meals were excellent, with a varied menu, well cooked and presented, and thoroughly enjoyed. The table service was friendly and efficient. The managent attentive and concerned; and the whole atmosphere relaxed and comfortable. Thank you. P & E.
