£5.90 for two - three rasher 'farm' bacon sandwiches and either a tea or coffee. Sets you up just right before a walk along the Marine Drive. The quality knocks the 'Subway £2' (a bit further along the front) deal into a cocked hat.

Our friends couldn't believe we've never visited here so took us whilst In the area. I'm so glad they did, I will be back whenever I can to work my way through the sundae menu! The Eton Mess was lovely, and I can't wait to try the others. Great retro atmosphere and friendly staff.

Strolled on beach yesterday , popped into the fabulously retro Harbour Bar for what was, by common assent some of the best ice cream we have ever . On a par with the best of Gelatos we have had in Italy. Great service, will be back. Highly recommended, kids and adults loved it!

We usually visit here on New Year';s Day to revive ourselves after a bracing walk and watching the New Year sea dippers - brrrrh. Even though the Harbour Bar is always busy this speaks for it's popularity but the staff are numerous and well organised and you do get served fairly quickly. Hot chocolates for us and we even managed to get a seat where we watched people piling in to take refuge from the very heavy rain. A lovely cozy place and we were watching the ice creams and sundae's and was very very tempted - one day we will give in to temptation!!

Tried to have a sundae here on our last few trips but the place is always heaving which is a good sign, today we managed to get a table so ordered a banana split to share between the 2 of us and our little one. Worth every penny it was huge and very tasty.
We also had an hot chocolate with all the toppings and a latte both good quality drinks.
Will definitely make more effort to wait for a table on our next trip as we need to try more of there sundaes
