Hotel is dated but clean, room warm. bar selection poor, selling only one draught beer, and as a real ale buff consider the creamflow on offer to perhaps Britain`s second worst beer, Food - no complaints about breakfast but the meat portions at dinner were miniscule. One night pork loin, -three slices no thicker than blotting paper and tasteless. As a qualified chef I would be ashamed to put that amount on a sandwich. Considering Scarborough is a fishing port, why no more fresh fish?
