We were very well looked after staying with Mrs Thomas at Higher Rodhuish Farm. She was unable to give us an evening meal but, as we were on foot, she offered to drive us to and back from a local pub where we could eat (we actually walked there, once she'd pointed us in the right direction, as the countryside is beautiful - and empty, but happily accepted the lift home.) The room was spacious and comfortable with everything you could need (including thin blankets to use instead of the duvet, which is great if you need some temperature control). The loo and shower room is not ensuite, but just about next door to the bedroom, so fine for middle of the night visits.A good, traditional B&B, which is definitely worth staying at (and a good stopping point for a walking holiday in the Brendon Hills). Very good value too.
