Nice cafe, nice food, nice people, nice location, been visiting several times a year for the last seven years, dogs allowed on the beach all year, steam trains and the station also add interest. Highly recommended. Last visit 9th March 2014.

We occasionally visit the Driftwood Cafe when returning home from a trip to Minehead - although Minehead has a few cafes we find the location and views a winner here.
Sometimes very busy, OK when warm outside with seating areas but an indoor seat is essential in winter weather! The queue to order can take a little time when the cafe is full, but the service and quality of the food is always good - would always recommend as a pit stop for replenishing energy!

We have been visiting the Driftwood for many years and we keep being drawn back. It has friendly staff, great food and wonderful views making it a great place to eat. This visit to Blue Anchor was purely to visit the cafe for Sunday breakfast and as we live in Bristol you can see it's pulling power. Breakfast was excellent with a great mug of tea too. We sat and watch the tide recede before going for a beach walk. Highly recommended stop before during or after a walk.

Ideal location for light refreshments or a main meal whatever the weather. There cannot be many places which have a view like this cafe. I visit here quite frequently particularly to meet up with friends or relations. In February on a sunny day, we sat in the garden to fully appreciate the sea views with a mug of cappucino - offered the choice of chocolate or cinnamon sprinkled on the top, couldn't decide so had a bit of both. Also came in January for lunch and sampled the fish and chips which was excellent. Some may find the interior surroundings a bit austere, but it is a cafe with a warm welcome.
