One of the best b&b's we have stayed in. Owners are very warm & welcoming. Rooms are extremely spacious, immaculate, light & airy. Very good value for money. Two minutes from the seafront and situated in the quieter old harbour end of Minehead. Easy access to the Exmoor National Park by foot or car. Will be recommending to everyone we see!

Room Tip: All three rooms are spacious, One double ensuite on the ground floor, one double ensuite and one twi...

Little can be added to the many previous reviews. This was simply the best B&B we have ever found. Charming and welcoming hosts, spacious rooms nicely decorated with a clear scandinavian touch, bathrooms you would rather expect in first class hotels, excellent breakfast with all one could wish for. And last but not least: super clean. I was first struggling with the idea to take off the shoes before entering the house because in many B&Bs I wouldn't feel comfortable to walk barefoot on the carpets. Not here!

We initially wanted to stay for only two nights but quickly decided to stay longer.

If I could give six diamonds I surly would. Thanks Nina and Andrew for making our trip so enjoyable!

Room Tip: The twin room offers a nice view over the sea. The dedicated bathroom is not en-suite and can be rea...

My sister and I stayed for two nights here and it was all at a very high standard. Bedroom and breakfast with all the extra personal touches made the stay one of the best we have experienced in this country! Take slippers as a tip, the Owners like you take off outside shoes to preserve their cream carpets!

My partner and I stayed here recently it is tastefully decorated in a lovely location at the nicer end of minehead. The owners are very helpful without being intrusive and the breakfasts are delicious, it was a last minute decision to get away and one of the best ones we have made we will definitely be back to explore the surrounding areas more later in the year.

My wife and I stayed for one night before setting off on the South West Coast Path in July 13.We had a huge beautifullly decorated double, spotlessly clean and well equipped, plenty of tea, coffee and fresh milk, high quality shampoo , conditioner etc in the very stylish bathroom.Breakfast was excellent, hosts very friendly, property well located near the seafront and start of the coastpath. Honestly couldn't fault and would highly recommend.

This accommodation is surpisingly hidden away behind old walling on the main road up to North Hill. The welcome was cheerful and sincere. The rooms are beautiful, fresh, spacious and wanting in nothing. It was a good thing (for us) that we are expected to remove outdoor shoes before walking into the main parts of the home. It ensured, and indicated, the high standard of cleanliness that is being maintained. The breakfast was superb! Oh, yes! We shall be returning there whenever we feel another need to visit Exmoor. How easy it is to disappear from Minehead and get involved in the magnificent countryside around North Hill and Exmoor itself. This B & B is one of the best my wife and I have had the joy of resting in throughout our years of coming to Exmoor area.

Room Tip: The double rooms are cooler than the twin bedroom although this one does have a sea view. The others...

We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2013. Beautiful Bed and Breakfast, large rooms finished to a very high standard and superb breakfast every morning. Lovely hosts. Close to town centre and seafront, and other local areas of interest. Would definitely recommend.
