When we entered our room the floor was soaking wet due to the boiler leaking which took them a day just to come out and look at it there was also mould in the corners of our room. The floor in the shower was soaking wet and very slippery, the hand towel had not been changed and was black with dirt. Half of the rides in the fairground were broke and the staff kept on saying that they would all be working again the next day but never were open again. The food was not cooked properly in the mornings and no chefs were there to assist. The only real upside to the holiday was the entertainment and swimming complex which we visited several times.

Went on a cheap 4 night break to Minehead in March.
The 2 bedroomed was clean and well kept. Gave the impression it had been recently refurbished throughout.

Ideal for a self catering break.
Location allowed us to explore Exmoor and the coast.
Entertainment every night was also good. It could have gone on a bit longer though.

Stayed in a silver bungalow, couldn't fault it. It was lovely clean and warm and of a good standard.

The resort was toddler friendly and overall was given great service in the restaurants who were happy to accomodate a double buggy and a very excited toddler.

Would definitely visit again.

Room Tip: Upgrade the silver bungalows are near the main pavilion
