We recently stayed here as a family, as we were travelling to Barcelona from Luton and stayed the night before, left our car and stayed night of return. We have done a similar trip before and stayed at Hilton by Hampton which is a little closer to the airport but they had no rooms therefore we booked into the Hilton Garden Inn. How glad we were! From the moment we arrived they were so much more accommodating and pleasant than the Hampton by Hilton Hotel. We were immediately checked in, and immediately given all the details for our free taxi return to and from the airport. We were told where to park our car so that it would be monitored by cctv footage. The room was lovely especially as we have 2 teenage boys! Even the sofa bed was comfortable! The mattresses on the beds are divine and you will definately get a good nights sleep here. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was absolutely lovely, and breakfast the following morning was more than ample. Our one son particularly loved the waffle maker ! On our return there were different staff at the Reception but again nothing was too much trouble. All in all a superb hotel! If ever we travel from Luton again we shall definately be booking in here!

Stayed here on a Thursday evening prior to our very early Friday morning flight to Tenerife. Cost for hotel, one weeks parking and taxi's to and fro Luton airport was just over £100, which we thought was reasonable.
Hotel seems fairly new, so decor and facilities are of a good standard, we also got given two vouchers for complimentary water.
Taxi service was efficient with no problems.
Would definitely use this hotel again if flying from Luton.

Stayed here on a Monday night for an early morning flight from Luton. Only slightly more costly than car park alone, so well worth it. Much better than i expected, kids loved it. Staff friendly.

One SMALL critisim; the hotel give you two v small slips of paper to pay the taxi driver there and then on your return journey, which has the cab telephone number on. I mislaid mine so had to ring hotel when we landed. I had a slight ticking off from the recptionist which i understand but in this day and age there should be a better way to do this?!?! I had travelled with 4 passports, trav ins docs, 8 boarding cards n 4 E111's etc etc so not prone to losing stuff, therefore A5 as a minimum size please? Would stay again though.

I had a hotel and parking package and stayed here for one night with my 2 children. It was a little further out from the airport than I expected, but that wasn't a problem. The fact that you could leave the car in the hotel carpark all week and had taxis to and from the airport included more than made up for it.

All staff were all friendly and professional. The room was quite large and clean, with very comfortable beds. And the food was better than expected for this class of hotel and quite good value.

Overall I couldn't fault the hotel and would definitely use again if flying out of Luton,

Booked on Wednesday, stayed on Saturday at a reduced rate using Trivargo. Was only able to book a twin room but asked at arrival if there was any double rooms available we were given a large double, the only difference was had a walk in shower. The room was huge, what surprised us was it even had a fridge. We knew the hotel was busy because of the lack of double rooms and it being the Easter weekend but you would have never thought it, it was so quiet! Didn't hear anything all night. We had opted for breakfast in the morning and paid for that at the time of booking but wanted to bring some of our family we were visiting to the hotel for a little farewell before we left the next morning, asked if we could add 3 extra just for breakfast. That was fine, pay £8 each the evening before or £12 in the morning each, we paid the £8 the evening before.
Hope to be able to stay here again, lovely stay here, loads of parking, quiet and very comfortable.

We booked a night here to meet friends in London before flying from the Luton airport the following day. The stay was booked for room only with parking for 3 extra nights - booked through Holiday Extras it was a far cheaper option than staying in Central London. A quick taxi journey to the train station, 2 stops on the train & we were in St Pancras.

The hotel was clean, spacious, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is a "tuck shop" next to the reception desk selling drinks & snacks if you just want to grab something quick. There is also a gym, microwave room & laundry room all for guests to use.

As "standard" hotels go we were very pleased with the value for money at this hotel & will use it again when we fly from Luton later in the year.

We wanted a park and fly offer but wanted to sleep in the hotel after coming back. We phoned and the staff was really helpful, not only on advising on what to do, but even after I booked managed to find me a better offer and applied the code to my booking.
Good clean rooms and good breakfast.
