We booked this hotel late at night and they still gave us a discount on the double and family rooms as they didn't have single or twin rooms left. Everything is very clean with some nice touches.
Luton was snowed in the next day and we were unlikely to get a taxi to catch our flight. The owner of the hotel kindly offered to take us to the airport in his 4 wheel drive Jeep. He was so kind and made every effort to get us as near to the Airport as possible. Needless to say he wouldn't take a penny!
All the staff at the hotel are very nice and friendly and Irish Katleen's breakfast is one to be remembered. A definite must if you want a nice, quiet hotel that has character and great service. £8 in a taxi from the airport or free ride from the owner if snow bound!

I stayed overnight due to business, didn't eat in the restaurant but at £2.40 for a pint of COKE I dont think my budget would have stretched to food. The bar was very busy, it seems that this hotel is popular. My room was well decorated, clean, comfortable bed and good en-suite shower. I have read that some people found this hotel to be noisy, I did not hear the road at all (double glazing) and only heard other guests crashing around. Good free parking facilities too.

Breakfast was ok with a selection of papers to choose from. All the staff were friendly and I would stay here again on business.

we stayed here on the way down south from Leeds and I was really pleasantly surprised after booking a lastminute deal.

The place doesnt look much from the outside, but the inside is really unexpectedly nice. The bedrooms were modernly done out with really comfy beds and pillows. The bathroom was clean and also modern.

Also a nice surprise was the hotel restaurant where the food was excellent and good value. Nice wine selection too. the staff were very friendly aswell.

A really good value for money stop off and I would really recommend it

We needed a local hotel for easy access to Luton airport. This hotel is an excellent choice for couples and families. The accomodation is very comfortable and particularly very clean. The restaraunt offers superb choices on its menu with the bar offering a very friendly atmosphere.
The staff are a very friendly bunch ensuring that all our needs were addressed in a timely manner.
Taxi service was pre-arranged for our early morning departure with the night porter providing assistance when needed.
In a nutshell a fantastic venue whether staying for 1 night or as long as you require. Highly recommended.

Very friendly & commited service with a true smile, wonderful tasty cooked breakfast (incl. home made bread), clean room, comfortable bed. Only a short walk to stores and pubs. The Leaside was a very positve surprise for me, nothing I expected to find in Luton. I wish I would know more hotels like that!

Have stayed in The Leaside Hotel about 6 times a year over the past 3 years. Would not think of staying anywhere else. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a unique homely atmosphere, even the patrons are friendly. The rooms are so well laid out, very comfortable, with extra tea and coffee provided as the norm. The food from the bistro or the Thai menus is the best I have tatsed in or around London, all cooked to perfection, nothing is ever too much bother. To be honest this is an osais in a busy are of Luton, and you just got to stay here when you are i town.
