Good hotel, new and clean, staff helpful and friendly, good price. Easy for the airport, you can walk if you have easy luggage, taxi around £6.00' we took a taxi in the morning to the train station for £5.00' breakfast was cheap £5.00 but we didn't try it. I would stay here again and reccomend anyone to chose this over the others.

Why not try the Hotel for a weekend break. Luton and the surrounding area can offer great weekend from entertainment,cutural venues - like Stockwood Park and many more of which some have free entry,activities which are only a 10 minute drive - Snow Dome,Land rover Experience, golf to name a few.We would be happy when making your booking to assist with your specific needs.

Excellent park and stay package via 'Holiday Extras'. Parking was some distance away but a very efficient shuttle bus stops about 100m from hotel (then a downhill walk). The welcome in reception was excellent and included a voucher for a full breakfast for £5 per person - the breakfast was very good and in a very relaxed, stress free atmosphere - a good start to our day's travel. Room was spacious and contemporary - everything worked fine. Holiday Extras site says 'Walk to the terminal' but forgot to mention it was not well signposted and uphill - if you don't want the walk, take a taxi. Will go there again - it's a great deal and faultless.

Stayed for one night due to an early morning departure to Malta. Booked a 4 night park and stay package. Made very welcome by the reception team and Natalie Sinclair (duty manager) who sorted out a query regarding our booking with minimum fuss and bother and total professionalism.

Room was clean and comfortable and bed was very comfortable. We ate in the bar/restaurant and food was served quickly and was more than adequate at a reasonable price. Natalie was by now serving in the bar area which was quite busy and was again welcoming and professional.

Car was parked safely until we returned and we just collected a ticket for the exit barrier from reception prior to leaving. Got a cab to the terminal due to 4.30am start but walked back on return - taxi was £6 and walk took no more than 10 minutes.

Even though it was only for one night we enjoyed our short stay and were made to feel very welcome. Note to Ramada - hang onto Natalie Sinclair - she is really good at her job.

Having booked over 3 months ago we turn up as a stag group to be told there had been a problem with the computer and they over booked , one of our party had been waiting at the hotel for us and over heard several people turn up and ask if they had rooms and been given rooms , they moved us to another hotel which we were told was 2 mins away but was 15 mins in taxi which they paid for but we had other stag members meant to be walking from airport in morning to meet us which wasn't possible , we got a free drink each after pretty much arguing for some sort of compensation , to be fair it's an absolute joke how money orientated thus place is that the were willing to give our room away to others , will never book to stay here again and will spread the word of our experience

I am sorry that for the problems you encountered.

As was explained to you at the time it was a problem that we had with the system.
The gentleman at reception had already been checked in however when the rest of the party arrived it be came apparent that there was not sufficient space for all of the party.At this point it was realised that it was one group.This is when alternative accomodation was sort for all of you, and the nearest property with space was at the location that you were sent.

I apologise for the issues you had.Be assured this is not the high standard of guest care that we afford to our guests.

This hotel is ideally placed for the airport and if you enjoy a stroll with your suitcase/luggage is within walking distance of the terminal (10-15 mins). Alternatively it's just a short ride in a cab.
This was our second stay at this hotel and although it was more expensive we felt we received excellent value for money. Encore is Ramada's budget hotel group but this one is very new and is therefore fresh and very clean and well equipped, having a bar and restaurant, etc.
The staff are welcoming, courteous and very helpful.
We had to extend our stay in Spain and were concerned about the cost of leaving our car in the mid-term car park at the airport (part of hotel deal) - spoke to the hotel (thank you Anne-Marie & Natalie) and were given every assistance to make things straightforward.
We've eaten in the restaurant twice and whilst it's not 5 star catering (carvery) it does offer good value for money and the service is good.
No hesitation in recommending it but remember it is not a 4/5 star hotel. If that's what you want then look elsewhere.

Room Tip: The hotel sits just about parallel to Luton airport runway but is very well sound-proofed. We had no problem sleeping at the front or rear of the hotel. Rooms are air conditioned.
