Description: Beefeater opened their doors back in 1974, and were driven by a passion for glorious steak. Mouth-watering cuts at mouth-watering prices was their motto. Reassuringly nothing's changed, these things still drive them today and they always will. Beefeater believe in two things, a warm friendly welcome and serving incredible steak.

I have been several times to this restaurant for breakfast and it is more than acceptable. There is good selection of the usual English Breakfast stables of eggs, sausages, bacon, beans, mushrooms and hash browns with a good coffee machine dishing out a very good variety of quality coffee.

The staff are always friendly and I would recommend for breakfast if you want somewhere to go and are local.

Beefeater at the Brache, luton is a fair sized eating place with a large car park .
Went on a early mid -week evening and found service at bar and table very good.
Food was served promptly and with a smile,
Food much as you would expect from a large chain , extra chips were bought to you in seconds when asked.
Overall a clean and pleasant experience,

We had booked a table for 7pm on a Wednesday evening. It took a long time for the order to be taken, and for the drinks to arrive. (Approximately half an hour). Food was ordered by 7.30pm (mains only- no starters) but this was not served until 8.45! (This was despite several requests which were responded to with "we have quite a few big parties in tonight". After waiting almost 2 hours from arriving to being served our first course we decided against deserts! By the time we left, the restaurant had already set up the breakfast bar for the next mornings hotel guests! When I tried to discuss this with the staff at the end I was told they had a lot of people in, many of whom chose steak from the menu.....Hello, you are a restaurant and yes, people will choose to order your food. Your job is simply to ensure that you have sufficient staff to cook and serve your customers within a reasonable time period- or don't take so many bookings. If you want average food but served in a reasonable time scale choose somewhere else.

My wife and I visited here and had a mixed grill each for £14.99. Yes the steak and chicken were small but the gammon was half sized plus 2 x sausages and 3 x onion rings a couple of mushrooms and a tomato coupled with some nice spicy chips were more than enough to fill me. The food was also cooked exceedingly well. Had a nice.bottle of Argentinian mal because which was great at £13.99 and finished with a rocky road su daewoo @4.99 which we turned into a massive version by adding £1.99. That almost undid me as it was mainly ice cream and marshmallows. I would definately visit again as the service was great with a smile as well.

Quality and choice of food in a well run facility close to the hotel. The breakfasts were good with the exception of having to make the toast. The evening menu was comprehensive and covered all our various tastes. Both meals were served in a pleasant environment with smiling and attentive staff.
