This hotel is fabulous value. It has a great location within walking distance of Luton Airport Parkway (30 mins to London St Pancras) and very close to Luton International Airport. We used it as an overnight stopover to see a show in central london. The hotel is very clean, and the staff very helpful - and they let us park and check in early with no fuss whatsoever. Really easy to find from the motorway too.

A room for 3 people, with breakfast thrown in, a day's parking, and free wi-fi for £70 - total bargain.

We'd definitely consider using this hotel again, especially for a break abroad as its so conveniently located, and such good value.

New facility, 20 min walk downtown. Train station next door. Middle of business area, right in between airport and town. Breakfast is minimal (part of the formula i think). Quality of rooms is nice as it should be for a fairly new property. Quality of service is in training stage i think (lot of new personnel?)

Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast both for choice and quality. Spacious bathroom, good idea dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion since avoids wastage. Would have liked shower cap since shower is overhead only and cannot be hand held. Good hairdryer.

This hotel is a 5 minute bus ride from Luton Airport, and literally next door to the Luton train station closest to the airport. The room was much larger and nicer than I expected, with a very good price. Service was good, but the breakfast was a little corporate and not the best quality.The room has good sound inulation so proximity to the train station and tracks is not an issue.

I have stayed at this hotel many times as it is really convenient, very clean, modern and the rooms and public areas are very pleasant. The staff are also normally very friendly (except for a few miserable bar staff who seem to have arrived recently). The food however is beyond awful. But the blame for this disappointment does not rest with this particular hotel because this applies to any Hilton Hampton hotel that you may go to. Their ‘brand’ decision is to provide very basic menus which contain an array of microwave meals and Chicago Town pizza’s. In an age of culinary excellence, where people’s interest in good quality food and good ingredients is at an all-time high, evidenced through the explosion of high quality restaurants, food related TV shows, gastro pubs, better food quality in supermarkets and the increased popularity of cooking high quality meals at home, the Hilton Hampton Inn have made the incredible brand decision to provide their guests with just about the worst food available. As a marketer I can only presume that they have done this in some disillusioned attempt to try and differentiate this brand from the main Hilton brand. So if, after a hard day’s work, or long flight, you relish the thought of a microwave meal, supermarket pizza or dry, low quality burger then the Hilton Hampton Inn is the place for you. It is always a deeply disappointing experience and one which is shared by many as you will see from the full car park yet near empty restaurant. What you will see however is a string of take away delivery drivers or guests carrying bags of food up to their rooms at huge inconvenience given that the hotel is quite far from any food outlets. Having visited this hotel many times I have often shared my disappointment with the bar staff who will be the first to own up to the fact that many guests complain about the food all the time but that their hands are tied because the decisions are made centrally. On my most recent visit the table behind me were joking about their microwave curries with one piping up that they should pop out and go and get some spices and another refusing to order anything from the menu. If you sit in the bar for any length of time you will see that this kind of banter is quite common but what you will hear most often is comments about the menu as people reluctantly deliberate between themselves about going elsewhere for their evening meal. Hilton – wake up – you have got this so wrong. Go to a hotel and listen to what your guests are telling you. Hampton Inns are great hotels but the food is terrible and a real disappointment to your guests.

I stayed twice. This hotel is so close to the Luton Airport Parkway rail station yhat pedestrian acvess is possible. A taxi will be needed for other trips. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are efficient and helpful.

Take my tip and eat dinner eldewhere.

Great hotel, great value for money, friendly staff. The reception was very friendly, the check in smooth and efficient. The hotel itself is very clean, spacious and confortable. The bedrooms are extremely comfortbale, and the bathroom very clean and importantly with a very good shower (no bath).
