Have been going to this cinema for a number of years and have to say it seems well run and the staff are generally friendly and polite. They clearly don't want you buying tickets over the counter & what used to be the box office doesn't ever seem to be open so you have to queue up at the sweet / food counter if you are buying on the day or you can use the machines in the foyer. Booking online is slightly cheaper and it avoids the whole queuing thing, your on line booking confirmation can be scanned on the way in to the screen itself. The system has now changed so seating is allocated so check out the seating online or ask when you buy your ticket to get seated where you want i.e. front, back middle etc.
They are good at cleaning up and the place always looks tidy. Saturday morning movies for Juniors is great value if you have younger kids and missed a big release - tickets are £1.50 or £1.35 if you buy online. Great way to keep the kids happy and save money.
