We booked the whole place on a Saturday night, 54 people for a fundraising meal for the Scout Group. We had brought in live music. Neil, the owner worked with us to lay out the tables as we wanted.
We had an excellent meal, great service with a smile from all the staff. We can't understand the poor reviews, we have never had a poor meal or bad service here. Unlike the Palace Tandoori along the road which , heaving though it may be, is absolutely abysmal.
Who complains about the chefs viewing the dining area? Jeez! In many top restaurants people pay over the odds to be in close proximity to the action.
Prices? No different from most other pizzerias, Wines? Well, you get what you pay for. I've been in far worse places in Italy.
