A very convenient and comfortable hotel for an overnight stop for early channel tunnel crossing . Availability of Grab and Go breakfast is excellent value when limited time available before taking Le shuttle.

We stayed 1 night in the Premier Inn, Folkestone.
The hotel room was lovely & clean - and I am very fussy
We had great facilities - lovely big screen TV, hairdryer, Kettle
Would definitely stay again!

I like premier inn. They are a good quality, budget hotel with very similar standards across the country. Granted you never get the best hotels in the best locations but you never get a bad quality one either and when you are stopping away frequently for business, this is much more important.

This hotel had a better than usual breakfast, friendly staff and a fairly late checkout time.

Brilliant for catching early channel tunnel crossing. Bargain price kids stayed and ate for free, rooms were lovely and comfortable staff were really friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend and will certainly use again

On arrival I was surprised how tired the exterior of this Premier Inn is. The staff were friendly and the rooms up to the usual Premier Inn standard so still represents good value for money. I had an evening meal in the adjoining restaurant where I was shown to a table which had not been cleaned properly neither was the cutlery particularly clean. The food was fine but I did wonder what it was like behind the scenes as the carpet was unclean and you could hardly see out of the windows. I won't be coming back here again, the Holiday Inn Express a mile away leaves this standing.

A group of 7 checked into the Premier Inn at very late notice due to a problem with another local hotel. The staff were very accommodating at finding availability at late notice. We arrived at the hotel at 8am with check-in time at 2pm. As there was no empty rooms, the receptionist (Theresa) contacted house-keeping to prepare the rooms as soon as possible. This was much appreciated and we managed to check into all 4 rooms an hour or so later. They even called us to let us know our room was ready.

The room was clean and up to standard. The bed was extremely comfortable which allowed for a very comfortable night's sleep.

We made full use of the bar and restaurant adjoined to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices. Evening menu was an extensive 'pub menu' with plenty of options.

A typical Premier Inn with its usual high standards. Table Table restaurant was up to scratch. Staff were very polite and helpful.
The only minor gripe was a bed that was not quite as comfy as usual. But despite this, we will certainly use this hotel if we are travelling to France again
