We popped in for breakfast not hoping for much as the other places around this area of Folkestone are still deep frying sausages and pinging other items of food. However, it was a lovely breakfast which was all freshly cooked with the sausages and bacon cooked beautifully as were the eggs, mushrooms & tomatoes, the quality of the products was pretty good. The breakfast was presented well and looked clean and not greasy. The bread for the toast is really very good. The most simple thing was the mug of hot water with a fresh tea bag in it and separate cold milk - how difficult is it to get it right and how the customer wants it. Other cafes are still adding hot water to mash of tea so not only your tea stewed it comes out orange and tastes foul. We are taking family tomorrow for lunch. Very helpful staff.
