Great location with amazing on the front water views. A wee gem of a place with super duper service and the best welcome ever from Johnathan & Katia!
This wee gem is undergoing a makeover in November and will be amazing! It is a wee bit old style at the moment but watch this space and be prepared to be delighted.
However, the fresh food and amazing staff /management service make up for it!
Also great breakfast cooked by jolly Johnathan!
Good luck to both of you with your amazing venture.

Room Tip: Speak with Katia she will help you choose!

We spent 4 nights bed and breakfast in this hotel and we found it to be a great place to stay, Jon the new owner could not do enough to make us at home, the breakfasts were great and there was a great selection, the bed and bedding were ALL spotless.
The only problem that we had was as we were elderly and the room that we had on the third floor and there was no lift, the view was great,
Overall it is a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anybody . Mr and Mrs Johnston.

This wee hotel is lovely! Right on the seafront with its own private beach access!! The owners are lovely and nothing is too much trouble! Very chatty and welcoming!

The room is very comfortable and clean with mega fluffy towels!

Dinner was amazing and the food was very flavourful and filling! I made the choice to have a curry which was better than my local Indian!

I would completely recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Two of us stef while travelling on m/bikes. It is very clean, very quiet, inside is a bit dated, the owner was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was excellent.

Would stay again no problem

Thank you

This is a typical family run small holiday hotel. There is very much a personal touch as soon as you arrive with a very friendly greeting. The bedrooms are basic with all the facilities you require for a comfortable stay. The pictures on the web site are accurate in what they show. The breakfast is excellent and freshly cooked. The views from the hotel and front garden are superb on a clear day. Adequate car parking with great access onto the promenade and the shingle beach.
