We had a wedding close by and found this gem of a B&B. the rooms were spacious with superking beds and lovely patio just outside our room. Joe and Mary are lovely and friendly. Great breakfast. Would recommend this b&b to everyone.

From the moment you arrive Joe & Mary are onhand to make sure you want for nothing. The rooms are large and the decore is modern. The little touches are what makes the difference, nespresso coffee, log burners lit and the best part is the beds, they are so comfortable you just don't want to get up. Joe & Mary always there to offer advice, also drove us to the local train station, saving us the cost of a cab. It's these thing that make the difference. Ww will definitely be back.

Room Tip: If visiting in he summer ask for a room with doors out to the garden, tables and chairs provided and...

I stayed here recently while on business in the town.It is a traditional Irish b and b. The room was of a high standard and had a super modern hotel like bathroom.I would imagine this place is a big hit with tourists in the summer simply as it gives you a great idea of what a rural home and tipp people are like. The hosts here are warm and friendly and great ambassadors for this great part of tips. .highly recommended for tourists and business traveller alike.

We arrived in Tipperary after driving from Killarney. The owner (who's name has escaped me now unfortunately!) had given us directions and met us with a warm welcome. We had a triple room which had a massive bed plus a single. It was warm, clean and comfortable. We drove 5 mins into town to have dinner, we could have walked, but it was pouring down with rain!!!
We had a great nights sleep and in the morning, we arrived into the breakfast room with our lovely hot breakfast awaiting us. It was very tasty!
The backyard of colon more house is lovely and I'm sure in nice weather, it would be a nice place to sit and relax!!! The actual town of Tipperary didn't excite us very much, but I would definitely recommend Clonmore house, if you need to stay in Tipperary!

Welcomed from the minute we arrived with tea, cake and a friendly chat with Joe and Mary.. A lovely comfortable room with views of the cherished garden. After a good night's sleep after the horrors of St. Patricks Day in Dublin we enjoyed a true Irish breakfast with all the trappings. Delicious homemade Irish brown bread, crispy bacon and tasty sausages. Will definitely come back should be visit this area again.

Room Tip: Access to the patio for a morning cup of coffee in the sun has to be a good choice.

I rarely give 5 stars for anything, but this experience could not have been nicer. Our hosts were thoroughly charming and delightful, in a home Joe had built himself. A lovely, tasteful Irish home with all the trappings for stylish entertainment of its guests but not to excess. I traveled from the United States and my lady friend came here from the Lake District in England and we could not possibly have been more charmed.

Room Tip: Trust Joe & Mary. All rooms are cozy, comfortable, private, and clean. They look out on quiet vi...

Was met by Joe who made us feel very welcome with coffee and cake on arrival, room was very comfortable, clean and had a lovely homely feel. Breakfast was good and Mary was also very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again should we find ourselves back in Tipperary.
