I enjoyed being in this charming accommodation, it is such an attractive retreat, full of character !
In the heart of the town I found it so easy to go out to explore and discover I enjoyed the Book and gift shops. Then, on returning to such a warm and comfortable place to make a meal and spend the evening really is treat. Lovely kitchen and log burner !
I am looking forward to returning with plans to use as a base for walking in the area.

We stayed for a weekend with our three year old and it was so much easier and nicer than being in a hotel. The flat was spacious and luxurious, lots of room to run around, exposed beams and a woodburner, though it wasn't quite cold enough to get it fired up. Huge comfy bed, sizeable sofa bed in the living room, 'rain' shower in the bathroom and Neals Yard products. We arrived late and found the kitchen was stocked with lovely tasty things to make breakfast the following morning. We're definitely coming back!

Our stay at The Pavement palace was amazing. On arrival the whole apartment was warm and very cosy, I was amazed at the size of the space and the comfort has been really thought about. The detail in every part of the decoration and fixtures and fittings makes you feel like you have stepped back in time with the modern amenities subtly there to make everything easy. The kids enjoyed the television and the sofa bed in the lounge was huge, we travelled with 2 kids but easily 2 adults could sleep with comfort. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy and huge! Relaxing in the bathroom was pure luxury and felt very indulgent. We had an amazing weekend break in Hay at this lovely very central accommodation. we shall definitely be back!
