Stayed on the farm about 4 years ago and returned recently and was amazed how it has changed. First class facilities, stunning location, plenty of space, seperate fields for couples/families, lovely staff, great to be able to hire a fire bucket and just all in all, gorgeous - highly recommended

We fell in love with this place, almost as soon as we arrived!!

Beautiful location with lots of camping space spread over four fields, we were in the Lime Field pitched alongside a wall and trees which gave us shelter from the wind whilst cooking on the first night.

Families appeared to be in a different field so the only interruptions we had were walkers trying to find the limestone way path, a fair few coming down the track and coming up rather than along the grassy path

An excellent base for all sort of outdoor activities with plenty of options for walking and cycling locally.

The shower block is top notch, we have stayed in a wide range of campsites and these were easily the best we have used. Clean toilets and showers, plenty of washing up sinks and power points available.

The location is convenient for us and easy to get to from where we live, so already planning to come back again and again. Just remember to save those 20p coins for the showers!!

My friend and I did the Limestone Way walk last week and stayed at Knotlow Farm B & B on the first night. We arrived, after 13 miles of walking, cold, damp and very tired to be met by Margaret, the owner, with a pot of tea and a gorgeous homemade cream and lemon cake. We wanted to eat at the pub in Monyash and Margaret booked us in, gave us a lift there and picked us up when we had finished. Amazing service. The room was brilliant with everything you could need. A fridge, fresh milk for tea and coffee, lovely toiletries, a great shower, comfy beds and even ear plugs in case you're sharing with a snorer! Breakfast was lovely - Full English with a choice of lots of items and a truly fab fresh fruit salad. It is probably the best B & B I've stayed in and for Margaret nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended!

This B&B is in a genuine working farm, in a lovely setting between Flagg and Monyash. The owners are helpful and friendly and I had a fine breakfast. Its a 10 minute scenic walk along the footpath to the nearest pub in Monyash.

Room Tip: I was upstairs and the WiFi worked fine.

We stayed for two nights and we were all very impressed. The facilities were good, nice hot showers and sinks to wash your cups etc. The showers are coin operated, only accepting 20p's, this wasn't a problem for us and I can't imagine it would be for anyone else.

The campsite offers fire baskets for a fair rate per night and they also have the wood and kindling on sale too. If you're thinking about renting a fire basket, I advise that you just do it as it was great to sit around to have a chat and a little drink. The campsite was in high season when we went and unless you ring to reserve a fire basket you may not get one as they were in high demand.

The site itself wasn't too far from a village which has a country pub offering locally sourced food and good beer! The monsal cycle trail wasn't too far away either and it has some fantastic views.

If coming back to the same area we would stay here again, maybe this time we'd upgrade to some of the great looking yurts.
